This actually was the first time my husband and I went to a steak house together. I must say it was delicious! You definitely get what you pay for, everything was hot, fresh, an cooked just right. Waitress was attentive, as well as the manager, as he walked around an made sure everyone was satisfied. This was definitely a positive experience for us, we will be back!

It was just ok. Once waitress, Melissa, gave us our food, we never saw her again. I ordered a loaded baked potatoes that was lacking the loaded part. She did being me a little more. The Chile was nothing but ground meat with seasoning that tasted like it was burnt. We finally got another waitress to get our server. I did not eat the Chile and when waitress came over she didn't ask about the full bowl. I had to tell her it was lacking beans and did not taste right Them she offered to exchange it but we were ready to leave.

Shared a dinner yet given stellar service. Split check willingly. Steak sandwhich and each given a baked potato. The food was delicious. An absolutely enjoyable meal.

This place was terrible and didn't even want to give them 1 star!!! Purchased deal on Groupon. The lanes weren't working. The ball would get stuck after every throw. Someone next to us had to move lanes 3 times!! We left after finally finishing one game and they wouldn't refund us for the prepaid games.

I generally love eating at Longhorn. My visit today was terrible. I usually order things straight off the menu and never ask for changes and if it's a little wrong I still eat it because I don't like to send food back. I also know my steaks. I ordered the 20oz ribeye medium rare. I received a New York strip. I was even told it was a New York strip when it came to the table and I told them I ordered a ribeye. They walked back and came out with the same steak and said that they were mistaken and it was a ribeye. I looked at it and said no it's not. They then said that all the ribeyes look like that now and they left. I saved the server down again and showed them the cut, the trim, and marble and even pointed to how it is described in their menu with pictures and she said that is how they were all coming out tonight. I also noted that it was rare, bot medium rare. I said I'll eat the strip I just don't want to pay for the ribeye and not get that. She said well you can eat nothing or i will get you another ribeye but it will look like that. I told her don't worry I'll eat this. She then said, let's get you eating, what would you like? I told you what I wanted, I don't want to be charged the full price for something I didn't receive. I said it's fine and she stood there and stared at me. I said please leave and she said she would get the manager. My wife before all of this ordered the Kobe Steak Melt sandwich. The same server said, you won't like that, it's terrible and tastes like old prime rib. It's bad. After leaving to let her look at the menu further my wife still ordered the sandwich and it was good. When we finally get the manager he gives us some story about how corporate is pre cutting their ribeyes so that they look like New York Strip. It obvious that you can do that. The marbling and the fat trim don't work like that on the cow. He's very no e and asks to make me a new steak and I said no I don't want to waste food. I don't like doing that. I just wanted the price adjustment. I don't want a free meal. He offers a free dessert and I guess he doesn't understand what I want. I don't want a free meal. I'm not type of person. I want to pay for what I got. I want my wife to not be talked down to because she ordered something the server didn't like. I don't want reality argues with me because I'm not asking for a handout. I'm telling them I don't want to be swindled or pies to about my food. Mistakes happen, and if it's over or under cooked not a big deal but don't treat me or my wife like we don't know what we are talking about. After are managed leaves my wife states that the steak actually looks like it had been cut off a larger piece. She then made the comment that the steak my have been part of a porterhouse that was mistakenly cooked and they were trying to pass it off and probably gave the filet to another table. Maybe the business isn't doing well. Maybe they have people working here that have no idea what's going on or how restraurants work. I just had a bad and aggravating experience here tonight.
