As I picked my wife up from the gym I had the grumblies that only Wendy's could satisfy. So before I drove I checked the hours on Google and it said "closes at 3AM". I was happy. I drove to the Wendy's and all the lights were on, drive-through was lit up and everything. So as I pulled into the drive-through I waited at the speaker for 5 minutes. No response, so I drive up to the window and they said they were closed. I cried and now suffer from chronic tummy grumbles and have to die from hunger.

I went to Wendy's drive thru and received the wrong food in my 4 by4 called when I got home spoke to manager who was helpful and said to stop by and get a new meal and apologized explaining that the girl in the drive thru was her 1st nite.  Ok on Fri March 30 I drove thru drive thru and asked foe manager. The man who came to the window asked my name and was rude to me disrespectful arrogant and said no! I told him this was his solution to a 4$ error  he then told me to leave and I told him I was a teacher for the county of st John's. He wouldn't tell me his name and began shouting it was either David or Daniel but he was totally rude and I will never go there  again.  I HOPE THE OWNER OF THIS WENDYS GETS THIS MESSAGE ABOUT HIS EMPLOYEE. HE WAS A MEAN SPIRITED PERSON OVER 4$ AND SHOULDNT BE A MANAGER ANYWHERE

Terrible Service 

I am very disappointed at this establishment, the people they have working here at least at the time that I arrived which was (Friday Dec 29th @ 8:30 pm), really have no desire to take care of the customer.

As I approach the drive-through not only there was extremely a lot of noise on the background pots pans and loud music but also an attitude while asking you what would you want to order.

But to top it off, as soon as I paid for my food the young lady asked me to wait as she rushed over to the fryer and throw in some french fries and chicken nuggets, she then came back open the register and gave me my change.

After that she literally just handed me my bag with my order and immediately close the window, I even called her and asked her to please give me catch up and a couple of packages of salt for which she looked at me and nodded her head like if she was being extremely bothered she mumbled to me that she did not have salt but then she found them and only gave me two packages of catchup and two packages of salt.

This is fairly a brand new Wendy’s here on US1 in Saint Augustine sadly to say I am not coming back hopefully management takes interest to better train their staff if not replaced him with people that really want to work.

Terrible service had to go to another fast food restaurant. Waited two minutes at the drive thru speaker and was not acknoeledged at dinner time. Truly the worst Wendy's I visited.

Definitely not the best late night food, staff acted like they were inconvenienced by our order 2 hours before they closed.
