My experience was great Benjamin from the Shoe department was vert courteous and professional. He answered all my questions and help me choose a pair of working comfortable shoes. I will be wearing this shoes tomorrow and thinking of Benjamin. I am hoping this is comfortable for me. Thank you Benjamin excellent customer service.

They ruined this store! Horrible Customer Service! People who are slow as molasses, don't speak clearly, and disappear forever to find you a shoe then always tell you they don't have your size! Filthy carpets and dressing rooms! Poor Management that pays no attention to complaints! Horrible layout of the store! Terrible product quality and selection just goes on and on! This USED TO BE A BEAUTIFUL STORE ALWAYS PACKED! Now they RUINED IT and it's half the shoppers or even less. They will see how many people have stopped going there when they end up shutting their doors! Another idiot in charge obviously!

Terrible terrible terrible customer service. I was there for a price adjustment. The sales associate did not know what she was doing. I was there for almost an hour. She tried to call a manager, Janine, twice and Janine refused to come to the counter. After trying to complete the transaction on her own again for 15 -20 minutes, I told her I'd like to speak to a manager. Her immediate response was "no, you can't speak to a manager." Excuse me??? Finally another sales associate got a different manager over and got everything squared away in less than 6-7 minutes. Why couldn't that happen to begin with?

You can find some wonderful bargains on sale days with a coupon. However I have less hassle with this company shopping on line. I have experienced rude and abrupt sales people in this store and have had to speak to a manager on more than one occasion. They recently did a major remodeling of the store but prices here tend to be on the high side so best to shop on sale days and keep your eyes open for same or similar merchandise at better prices at other stores.

I needed a dress as a wedding guest, the staff was extremely helpful. Reminded me of the past customer service stores use to provide. The customer service was 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 . Thank you so much.
