Lancome counter consistently gives a good experience here. The fitting rooms carpet in the dresses department on the first floor were filthy the last time I visited plus trash on the floor (who knows how long it was there) and instead of being greeted with a 'hello' as soon as the fitting room attendent saw me enter the fitting room she instructed me that once I was done trying things on to bring them back to the rack and hang them 'over here' . I was pretty turned off by that plus she didn't even check on me after being there for at least 20 minutes.

Used to be one of the best Lord and Taylor's around, but they are not taking good care of it now. Lord & Taylor, wake up! There are many loyal patrons living in the region who would like to see this Lord & Taylor rejuvenated.

This Lord and Taylor is a White Flint Mall hold out! It's the only store left. There is plenty of parking including covered parking for inclement weather. As with all Chain stores, there is never enough staff, but those there are helpful and courteous. It's gives off a bit of a run down feeling...but still caries a large selection of merchandise.

It is apparent that a corporate final decision about Lord and Taylor is still looming. The Quality for the store has declined and custom service is in need of developing. Overall, store was clean, but lacks current fashion needs.
