The store is well organized but associates do not seem to be helpful, nobody in the fitting room and nobody around to help!

So I went in yesterday for it's first day of opening, and I could not believe the lack of professionalism. They had a group of young boys goofing off, they had young woman on the sales floor with their phone out walking around in groups chatting, they had older folks who looked more liked a customer dazing at the shoes and going through clothes, hopefully they were on a lunch break, they had employees holding babies on the floor as if they didn't have anything better to do. And I understand you all are excited about the grand opening, but at least keep it professional, even if you're pretending. Maybe the manager may have made a poor choice in hiring employees, or whoever trained the employees did a horrible job at training them. I only received 5 people (AT THE MOST) who gave me great customer service. One in particular by the name of Clinton, was outstanding. He helped me pick out an outfit for my husband, in which he is hard to shop for, and he absolutely LOVED it. Because of Mr. Clinton I decided to give them 2 stars. Other than that they would have received JUST one star for the quality of nice clothing. I would think that as their grand opening , the sales associates would be more energetic towards the customer, making them feel welcomed and coming back for a future visit. They may have possibly lost a potential loyal customer due to their lack of customer service. it was a horrible first impression for the store and You all should try again.

Every time I go into this store there seems to be a customer service issue. The associates do not know how to address customers properly. The times I have witnessed this have all been while waiting in line to check out. Today I purchased two pairs of shoes and the associate Sherice was clearly upset or overwhelmed while helping the customer ahead of me and interrupted with a question from another customer. By the time I reached the counter she was hostile and agitated slamming my merchandise down looking for the barcode and throwing it in the bag. I greeted her kindly and expected a neutral response. I was surprised how she could not calm herself down and yelled at another customer sending them back down stairs to the cashier she had checked out at for a sun glasses case. This is the second time I have witnessed the upstairs associate sending clients back down stairs. This seems absurd. Clearly this store is not properly staffed with enough upstairs associates since they always seem flustered and overwhelmed.

This store is huge with one of the largest selection of handbags. The second is spacious with a to-die-for shoe section. This is a place for a fashionista with prices that are affordable to high end. Everyone can find something to wear here. The well-dressed man, woman, teen , child and even babies. I am in love this store already. One woman said she will make daily visits.

Pleasantly surprised at the nice deals they have here, it's like Nordstrom Rack but on steroids. I was impressed with the huge sunglasses selection (Prada, Gucci, etc topped out at $119), very large handbag selection as well, prices are decent! Clothing section downstairs is huge but you need to take some time to dig around. When they do a clearance promotion (25% off all clearance) get there ASAP because there's a ton of great stuff to be found at insanely cheap prices (it goes quickly though, ugh). I would recommend.
