This old navy is huge ! the associates I’ve encountered were all friendly, the only down side is that this store is EXTREMELY messy. So you’ll have to really search through things because the store is not very well organized. Other than that the trip was successful I found what I was looking for and paid way less then what I expected! I will return again.

I was overwhelmed as soon as I walked into the door. While this is one of the largest Old Navy's that I have visited, it also the messiest. They have a large inventory that is practically in disarray. If you like rummaging through clothes..then this is the store for you. I would suggest that they hire more staff to ensure that the sales floor is organized, they can also use a few more cashiers.

This store is poorly laid out and tremendously disorganized. Clothes are thrown around in piles and nobody seems to care enough to fix the problem. There is no customer service desk so if you arrive with a return, you have to wait in the incredibly long lines to get it done.
