I bought a lift chair that is very nice, it's just the salesman Jay.... I thought he was a little shady..He was always joking, and kidding around, and he never gave me a straight answer... He was going to charge $100.00 for deliver..I ask him many times how much do they charge for delivery? Jay also kept telling me about the warranty they have on there furniture, I thought it was a free warranty, "NOT" it was going to cost over $ 200.00..I was never ask if I wanted the warranty it was just put on the bill.. ..Jay is just too pushy,and not very honest...After reading other people's reviews I think this is how they treat there customers... If you're reading my review go to Peter and Sons Furniture in Russellville, Ark..very nice people and they are not pushy or dishonest..

The only thing I will made about Hanks is that they have good quality furniture. The bad thing I want to say about Hanks is that they try to hustle you they want to charge you a $25 service fee just for the delivery and then they want you to pay another $60 to have your furniture delivered,that you probably paid more than $1000 for, Then in my case twice to postpone the delivery of my furniture that I finally got to stick them and instead of me paying the delivery fee I asked them to deliver my furniture at no cost due to their mistake and postponement of my furniture over a span of three weeks. Then when I got the furniture I noticed scratches and part of my sofa so already stained. What I suggest is that if you go for enable to buy some furniture do not sshop at Hanks go somewhere where if you're going to spend a couple hundred dollars later they are going to deliver for free

I bought a bed, nightstands, and mattress. I am very pleased with the quality of all pieces that I purchased. The salesman who helped me , Rick, was very knowledgeable and friendly, I would look for him the next time I am looking to buy something.

My daughter and I were in Hanks recently and Jay Atkinson assisted us. He was very informative and helpful with all of our questions. We both made purchases and were well pleased with the service.
