I'm very disappointed with the service at this location. I went in for a simple item, found where it should have been but nothing there. Went to customer service for help (just trying to see if the system showed it as in stock or not) and they said they would page someone to help me. Waited about 10 min. No one ever came by and I gave up. Never had that problem at other locations. (Not remotely busy)

This is our go to Home Improvement store usually, but sometimes the employees are not around to help and it makes searching pretty difficult. On the other hand, there are days when every employee is willing to help and go out of their way for us. Sometimes, we cannot find anything that we need here so we have to go to Home Depot, but we have the same issue at Home Depot. Overall, we do prefer Lowe's to Home Depot.

Not a home owner but we just made our first big purchase with a washer and dryer. It was a pleasure doing business with Lowe’s. From the assistance we got from buying, to delivery to customer service afterwards....thank you for making this a smooth process for us!

The variety of selection at Lowe's seems to be pretty good. The prices aren't any better than other places. The worst part of Lowe's is the checkout. There are no self-check lanes. At 9:30 on a Tuesday morning, there was one checker with 6 people in line. Floor people were all over the place, but none offered to help check out. I've been at other times, and the lines were just as bad. I bought a window unit A/C. Got it home, and it was severely damaged. Had to take it back.

Couple days back, I happened to be in my neighborhood Lowe's Store(off Grapewine Hwy.)located in Hurst TX.I must say, gentleman by name Brent(on a wheel chair)in tools dept. was great help to me in locating a precise tool. I was highly impressed with his knowledge in ref. to a particular tool I was searching. I was also impressed with his courteous, and professional service to meet customer's need...Thank you Brent, and Thank you Lowes.
