I've had quite possibly one of the worst experiences I've ever had shopping here at Lowe's. I had to special order some flooring. I was told that it would be in on September 14. I started a job based on that information. I've had an exposed floor now for two weeks. Because they can not deliver. I have not gotten so much as a phone call from anyone who is employed here. When I finally came in to check to see if my order was here for the 6th time I found out that it was. Again no thanks to anyone calling me but because I have now come by six times to check the status of my special order that I paid for. When I got here I went to the special order desk where I've gone every other time that I've come here. I was met with a very rude older man with gray hair in a gray beard. He was on the phone and spoke to me in a way that I would never speak to any customer of mine. I will never shop at Lowe's again. They lost this customer for life. I ran into the human sources manager and asked him if he was the manager. He told me he was not but that he would get me a manager so I could speak with him. What he really did was run away from me as fast as possible and hide. I was never able to speak with that manager to let them know about a horrible experience I've had here. I will also be sending this report to Lowe's corporate. They should know how horrible this store is being run. I'm happy to stick with Home Depot.

Not the best place, go to a home depot. The staff is knowledgeable but the store is more for things like furniture and home improvement. If your looking for tools recommend home depot and if you want serious reccomendation on things relating to construction home depot is the way to go. I feel like home depot is a community while lowes is more to just advertise for retail

Oh my goodness! Last time and today had to wait over 2 hours for my online order! It's in stock and associates don't seem to care how long you stand there. My head hurts! But will I be back? Yup! Love their selection.

Lowe's needs more of a selection of all items at the store, it seems that certain items are better found at home depot because of the numerous selections of most of their items and commonly availability, otherwise Lowe's is a good store.

This is my local store that I visit the most. I have never had a problem here. It has plenty of parking and exterior lighting. Big enough for larger vehicles and semis. It is easily seen from the main and frontage roads. Really easy on and off of Interstate 40. There is another entry with a street light by the box pharmacy store but to get here there are large speed bumps. You can avoid them by going around the backside of buildings. None from the non-street light entry.
