Take Your Vest Off - You Deserve ZERO Stars Horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, atrocious, atrocious, Customer Service. Ordered $3,000 worth of doors. National customer service folks said the doors had been received by this store, this store repeatedly told me the doors were not in and had not been shipped. Couldn't get the national CS to speak with the local CS. Local store CS finally said the doors were in (7 weeks after placing the order mind you). Had to come to the store to schedule the delivery (which is another 3 weeks out), because the phone system operator would put me on hold for an extended time then hang up, or never connect me to anyone. After going to the store and in-person scheduling the delivery (by-the-way, customer service tried to tell me they can't schedule deliveries, then I had to demand a manger) I received a call stating, "your doors are in and ready to be PICKED UP" - really? While typing this review, customer service has disconnected me 13 TIMES!!!!!!!!!!! I guarantee that I will never actually receive these doors. I'm certain the door department has already lost and/or sold my doors, and it will take YEARS to get a refund (if I'm that lucky). The only solace I have is knowing that this is the pinnacle of your career and that you DESERVE socioeconomic repression.

Practitioners must use Lowe's and Home Depot and . . . other resources. Lowe's has some things that Home Depot doesn't. Associates at HD Eubank are friendly and knowledgeable, a little less so at Lowe's. Try both! Lowe's Sunday hours are misstated on its website, and doesn't seem to care.

I was in the plumbing section and was getting help from a store employee. I found something that might work for my application and went to self checkout. The employee ran up to me with an item that worked better and was cheaper! That guy is awesome! Great experience!

You can go to their website, look up an it and then get exact location it is the store. It makes it so easy to get exactly what you need quickly.
