Really like going to this Ace. The staff is friendly, they have everything you need it seems like. It is a throw back to the neighborhood hardware store experience. Really a gem in the strip mall. Went there for gardening advice on planting a home garden- tomato, squash, herbs, etc. Was impressed by the staff's willingness to share and help. Definitely a throw back type of hardware store! Also, free popcorn! However, I will state, it is more expensive than Lowes or Home Depot.

Very Disappointed!! I went in store with a coupon valued at $10. I made a purchase for an item that was around $15 and had to return the item it was wrong size. I was going to make another purchase and was told I couldn’t use coupon twice. I asked associate how could I use twice if 1st item was returned. There were customers in line and I didn’t want to hold them up. So I just asked for my $5 back and left. I will guarantee you I will never shop Ace Hardware again. I will stick to True Value stores, where customer service counts...

Ace is a best kept secret, they are always helpful and have everything I need when I'm there. I know it's a little more expensive than the other stores but the service and location trumps over the the stores, keep up the good work.

Great customer service and decent selection of items. Very knowledgeable staff. Most items are usually more pricey than Home Depot or Lowe's.
