Once you enter the door be prepared to use every amount of patience that you can muster. We completely remodeled our condo and came to this Lowes location to purchase all new appliances, flooring, items for the bathrooms, and light fixtures. On our first visit we spent five hours in total waiting to be helped and in placing an order. The staff there are knowledgeable and helpful. The problems arose between the time we left the store and the scheduled delivery dates. Some of the items that were purchased were sold to someone else after we left. The promised delivery dates were not kept. It took many more contacts with the store to get everything corrected. The installers were all excellent. In summary, I would NOT say that the entire experience would keep us from shopping there again. I would only recommend that one be aware that you will probably have a long wait and whenever possible to arrange for your own pickup if part of your order includes items from another store.

So for the most part I've never really had a problem with this lowes but my husband and I just bought a house last year and wanted to repaint the outside. We bought a shade of grey and after painting about a third of the house needed to get more. Came back and asked if they could color match. When we continued to paint the rest of the house we noticed it was different but thought maybe when it dries it will match. Well it didn't. We went back and had to get more and repaint our WHOLE house because they couldn't seem to match the first grey. Also, just this week we remodeled a wooden deck we have out in our back yard. Bought a shade of chocolate brown to paint the whole thing. Just went back yesterday to get another gallon and what do you know, it doesn't match. The paint guy told us it would dry darker, but nope. Needless to say we won't be buying paint here ever again.

Ordered a Nest Protect online (on sale). Two weeks later, online account states the product is ready for pick-up. The employees are decent just under-staffed. Took about 45 mins before pick-up dept. informed me that the item is not in. Told me that they would call me when item would be available. After four weeks I had to call because the timeline was getting ridiculous and they still said they had nothing. Two more weeks later I searched for the item online on the Lowe's website and it says there is 6 available. Called and they said my product is not in. I told them that I am looking at the website stating the inventory has six available. Employee told me that the Item # is the same but the Model # is different. Getting a little frustrated I explained it is still the same exact product and requested to talk to her supervisor. Magically she said that she would be able to just change the Model # on my order and it would be available for pick-up. On another note, not upset but I did order a oven, over the range microwave and dishwasher on Black Friday. Took approx. 5 months to deliver. Was renovating kitchen and the timeline worked well ironically.

Kristy at the returns desk was awesome! Thank you for being fast, efficient and friendly. I had a ton of returns from many different home projects and she processed through everything with zero problems. Great customer service!

Great place for appliances. The clerk gave us BBC a project estimate good for 30 days that effectively extends the sale price. Very happy
