Andy and the other staff were very helpful and willing to answer our (many) questions as we completed our projects. Our floors and steps look beautiful and we saved $ by installing ourselves!

My wife and I bought bamboo flooring from Lumber Liq and we had a contractor put the flooring down.  Well let me tell you that the floor splinters up really bad and separates.  I put in a claim through lumber liq. and they said this happens to the floors and there was nothing they can do.  We spent over 2500 on the floors and they are worthless.  We now have to rip all the flooring up and put a new flooring down.  I would never recommend this company to anyone to get their flooring from.  They just take your money and don't care after you left with the product.  Very unsatisfied customer.

Insist on a delivery date.  If you don't,  your stuff won't arrive for months.  Still waiting for product ordered in November, they are still saying "No idea when it will arrive"
