Recently, I posted a negative review for another local home improvement store. Today, however, my experience was 180 degrees different. I ordered a clothes dryer from Pasco Lowe's yesterday and, instead of the week it would have taken to get it from the other store, it was delivered and installed today. The delivery men called yesterday evening and set up a two-hour window for the delivery and called again this morning to tell me they'd be here in 15 minutes. In spite of narrow doorways and a flight of stairs, the old dryer was removed and the new one installed in 30 minutes. I was impressed by the honesty and efficiency of the delivery men. Well done Lowe's.

Great store for home a car improvement. Has great appliances, resources, and garden section. Moderate prices with some a little expensive but fair to good quality. Love shopping here.

1 star is too much for our experience at this store. We went to purchase a wood stove to find any Lowe's expert willing to help and answer questions was impossible one gal Victoria was working the department but knew nothing about the department everything we asked they didn't do. Interesting since they sell the product. We then had another gal start to help us she had just started but went to find Matt who was the expert he started to come towards us stopped to help another customer was told we were waiting for him then proceeded to help a different custmer that just cut in with snowblowers. Its amazing you cant get good service anywhere!! Another sale lost not just the wood stove sale but the other home improvement items we needed.

The cashiers are always very friendly here. Great customer service all the way around!
