HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The emplyees look like they don’t even know what they’re doing. The person who I noticed that was really helpful though, was Ozzy. Rest of employees give horrible customer-service.

If I had to describe this store in one word would be AMAZING!!!
Very helpful with all my issues I definitely will be returning to this store. All levels of employees from associate to manager go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. Thank you go wireless team in Pasco

These guys are the bees knees!! 🐝 The Mexican Hector helped me and my grandmother out and he was fantastic and stayed professional when grandma tried to hit on him! 😂 He was able to show grandma how to send a text message and now she won't stop texting me! Thank you Hector! 😀 5 Stars all the way!!! ⭐️
