Customer service has really gone up! I get outstanding service each time I go. . When I look as if I can't find something, I get asked " can I help you find something? " I feel like they really hired helping staff! I love going to Walmart now! And who can complain about the prices! ?

Usual Walmart merchandise, and lots of shoppers today. Associates were very helpful today. Line for Pharmacy was long, so probably not the best time of the month to refill prescriptions. Didn't need any refills but had to maneuver around the line to get to an aisle. No line at self check out, so was quick. Parking lot was very busy. Overall a typical Walmart experience for a first-of-the-month/new year's visit. Most of shoppers here seem to be courteous enough considering the number of people here.

I would give it a zero star if I could. Was there last night with my husband. I saw all they had was self checker open but I had a large basket of items and no-one was there to help me. When I finally got someone she was rude and slow. I will not be coming back to this place again. By the way the bathroom was so dirty with blood on the seat. Gross it's time to go back to winco.

The Pasco Walmart was having a 75% off Christmas items. I was looking for a colorful kaleidoscope spinning wall LED projector. The only kinds they had left was the blue and then the other one was the White. The only two colorful ones I found were display boxes. I went to the closest register which was in the garden center to find out if they would sell the displays to me. The lady in line in front of me was talking in Spanish to the clerk, so even before I got to ask the clerk asked me to give those to her, and told me they would not sell me them. I told her forget it I would go ask somebody who knew. There is an extremely nice gentleman who called at the store manager for me. I also had one of the white projectors in my cart for just in case they didn't sell them to me. Store manager told me that if I bought the white one he would just give me the other two for free. Talk about the deal of the day! I got all 3 for $5! Normally $15 a piece. A big thank you to the nice gentleman that called the manager, and a huge big thank you to the store manager! Talk about customer service! Although they may want to send the garden center lady back to that class... A big shout-out to the Pasco Walmart, thank you so much!

Very nice Walmart location. This super-center is HUGE, the parking lot is clean, the store is clean and well organized, and they always enough cashiers when I'm there! Plus two self check out locations!
