First off, Shelly has always made time for me. So when I ran into her last week, I confidently approached her w/ a set of printing problems. She asked me some questions and provided me with fantastic solutions for each of my issues. I am very lucky to have such an amazing business to partner with. I highly recommend Shelly and the UPS Store on RD 68 in Pasco to EVERYONE!

Shelly and Elsie are just 2 amazing individuals with great customer service!!! I've had business cards done by them, logos, and many other detailed things. The work is just perfect and exactly how I wanted it. Thank you so much again.

Nathan helped me with several tasks for a bridal shower and bachelorette party I was helping to organize. He was efficient, friendly, and had everything in quickly! The ability to communicate via email was incredibly helpful! I definitely appreciate his ability to complete projects within a couple days' notice as a few of my requests were last minute. I will definitely return to this store for printing and project needs!

Fantastic service! I needed posters printed in a timely fashion, and when I walked in the door they had my order ready to go. The staff were friendly, the store was clean, and I they handled my order quickly. They have made a customer for life and I highly recommend them!
