Worst service ever.  I understand it was busy, but when I dropped off an rx I let them know the patient just had surgery, I would come back for pick up.  I returned at the time I was told and it wasn't ready.  Waited 20 extra minutes and so far nothing (still waiting).  I really would like to get home to care for the surgery patient.  Thanks for nothing.

Hey, this is a blue collar Walgreens. If you want courteous staff who don't show you the attitude of a someone working a minimum wage job, go to  a West Richland Walgreens.

Having just relocated to this area and have been happily using Walgreens for many years, this was my first choice. In three visits I have experienced terrible customer service in the pharmacy. While waiting in drive through and inside the clerks have ignored me, and other. customers, spoken to rudely, and demonstrated inefficient service. Totally surprised by this.  I can understand having a bad day, but three times in a row on different days.
