Went there Friday night for the save the tax event. I had over $ 500.00 dollars in purchases and found ONE cashier open and a brutal lineup of grumpy people wondering why their business was being rewarded with such poor service. This isn't Wal Mart and your customers deserve better. Parked my cart and went to Home Depot. They even matched the save the tax without an issue. Please treat your customers with more respect. We DO have a choice.

I went in looking for a garage door opener around 8:45pm and asked the lady at the customer service about the location of what I needs. She told me it was in Garden Centre and she said it might already be closed but walk towards the door and see if it opens. That being said, it was not in garden centre. I then asked another staff and they pointed me in the right direction. Bottom line is the service was horrible from all the staff I interacted with. All I wanted was the MyQ enabled garage door opener that was on sale. The interactions were not positive. I would not recommend non- Caucasians to shop in this store if they want to be treated with respect and dignity. White people were greeted with a smile and thanked for their business. After dropping off almost $200 at Lowes I felt like a simple thank you for your business would have been appreciated or at least just a simple hello.

Ordered $1600 worth of flooring. They were to call between 6 p.m and 9p.m the night before delivery. The delivery was to be made to a building we are renovating (we do not live at the lication) They never called. We called at 9 and talked to one of the snottiest rude young women I've every dealt with. Not giving them another cent of my money!

Not the first this has happened but decided to wait and see just how long I would be kept on hold. After being transfered through 3 people who all did not know if they had a product I was left on hold. I decided to just drive there. Drove to the store from Trenton. Walked in found the product I had called about. I smiled at the cashier and told her I was still onhold with the atore about my purchase. I paid and left. Still on hold. Drove back home. Still on hold. 41 minutes on hold. Try it some time.

Very helpful and super accommodating staff on every visit I have made. I prefer over the 'other' hardware store.
