Friendly staff. Always at the door to greet you. Helps you find what your looking for even when you have no idea what you are looking for.

Tried to get a spare key cut even after being told on the phone that it would be possible. Come in store to be told they refuse to cut it because people complain about the transponders working. Yet I was trying to get a valet key cut, those don't involve the use of a transponder at all. Take your money and elsewhere. You will get better service from a Home Depot. Life long customer of ace no more.

Never really shopped at ace until I moved to Belleville.  Always have what I am looking for when I stop in. Very helpful staff.
