They have a lot of inventory and everything is easy to find. They are very nice people and go out of your way to help you out and answer your questions. Not a lot of hardware stores left like that in small towns and cities.

I've never had more informed and friendly service than I have here. Just moved to B-ville and love it. Homebrite is definitely part of that.

Friendly people, decent selection. Much nicer to deal with than big box stores and the rewards program is pretty great.

I have been shopping at Home Brite Ace Hardware since 1999, and wish I could give them 10 stars! I live close, and my house is over a century old, so you can imagine what fun I always have, repairing or replacing one thing or the other! When I go to Ace, I'm like a kid in a candy shop. First of all, they have literally everything I ever need, and then some! --and at the same competitive prices you pay at the huge stores that you have to walk a mile to get from one end to the other. Second, you don't have to put out an APB to find an employee--they always, always approach me the minute they see me. What great customer service!! They genuinely want to sell the items on their shelves! Third, If they don't carry an item, they always suggest another place where you can get it-(I needed a car cover one time.) Fourth, when I am working on a project, that I have to sort of jerry-rig, they always help with great suggestions to make things fit like a glove. It's like having your own handy man right there in the store. The guys at Ace really show that they care about their customers. I hope they stay open forever! Thanks, guys!
