So I visit the home depot in my area at the Belleville il location.  I needed a item for my kitchen sink. I went in a nice older lady asked me did I needed help do i tolded her what I was looking for. She tired to help me but was unable to. So she said let me go get some one that has more experience and may know more about what you are looking for. I said ok thank you ma'am.  I stood there and waited 10 minutes on someone to help me and no one never came.  So I saw a guy and ask if he can help me he said he didn't anything about kitchen sinks that he  will go get someone. I waited another 5 minutes and no one came do finally I'm like let me just tried to figure it out and hope I get the right part. I goes to check at the self check out. Now I'm standing in line waiting and it was a guy behind me and the girl that working up there goes past me to ask the guy behind me that he can go ahead up to the next check out line and even help him unloaded his cart. I gave her the nastiest look. Then she gone say o where you next I'm like yes I was but I guess I was the wrong color that day for anyone to help me. I was very disappointed and the way I was treated. I will be reaching out to some one for the way I was treated.

Experience was really bad.  If you the wrong  color good luck. No one wants to help you.

I went here to purchase a few things in the paint area and the employee in this area was so unhelpful today. I became annoyed and just left and went to Home Depot but not before I let the manager know that because of his employee I would be taking my money somewhere else.

Good helpful workers never came in the store with one of them wouldn't try there best to help you find what you're looking for shop there all the time

This is my hardware store of choice. Not hard to find help. Store is usually clean and put together.
