TEN PERCENT OF NOTHING I just tried to buy a refrigerator tonight at the Lowe's. There was no one in the appliance department. I talked to someone behind the counter where they do the high end kitchen remodels, a woman with a heavy European accent. She called someone on the phone and said a sales person would be there shortly. I was there for about another 30 minutes and no one came. The high end kitchen remodel lady was leaving her shift about then. She asked me if anyone had been to appliances, and proceeded to walk to the front of the building. I then went to the service desk waited in line until it was my turn to talk to someone. I was told that no one was working in the department tonight. She called a manager and then she told me that I was being offered a 10% discount for my inconvenience. I showed her the refrigerator that I wanted to purchase on my cell phone screen. She said that they were out of them. I asked if I could order one and get it at a later date. She said I couldn't. So I told her that I would look up on my phone, and see if there was anything else that I wanted. I looked at what they might still have in stock and decided that I didn't want any of it. So I quietly and silently left the building. And I went across the street to Best Buy and purchased a cheaper less fancy refrigerator and I will get it Tuesday!😀BTW the Lowe's web site says I could have ordered it. Mr. Manager, you lost a sale and a customer forever. I might possibly shop at the Kingwood Lowe's, in the future, but never at your location.

I have used the in store services frequently the past few years and they are average. I just placed a large order to deliver paying a delivery fee. They did not show up or call they day of delivery to reschedule or notify me they were not coming. I actually had two automated calls prior to confirm delivery. I have made a number of calls to get status of my order and all they could do is reschedule. I requested to speak to a manager and was refused. Horrible customer service do not use delivery. They blame the issue on using a third party delivery service. I will be using Home Depot from now on

I have completed online orders for store pickup in the past with much Success. Here recently...everything had gone to shit. The customer service sucks and they just dont have anyone who cares. Spoke with them 4x on the phone about my order being ready and they assured me it was being pulled. 24hrs later and still not done nor was it even correct. Very sad. Very disappointing as this is a management issue. Shit flows uphill this time. Be nice to have management that cares. If I conducted business like that, I would be living under a bridge and out of work.

I'll never buy anything from this Lowe's again if I can help it. They screwed up our order twice, then delivered it on the wrong day. The ice maker we received has never worked and they keep saying they'll send someone out to replace it but they never do. The power plug for the washer had it's prongs all smashed and I'm going to have to try to straighten them back out and bend them back into place. The sales person also didn't tell us we would need to buy a power cable for the dryer. The managers have barely attempted to make any of this right and mostly just told us there's nothing they can do. Well, there's nothing you can do to keep my business.

It was terrible. Ordered a mower online and came to pickup it. I was told that their were none available even though it said online they had 14 available. The floor mgr (James) was called to go and check which he didn't make a real attempt to do. I walked the isles of the store and found them myself. Got a floor associate to get it down from the shelf. Needless to say customers shouldn't be doing the job of the sales personnel's. Truely disappointed in the Lowe's at Atascocita. Lowe's should be better than this!!!
