If I could give a 1/2 star I would. The store reps were very nice but the delivery was executed very poorly. An unmarked truck showed up and 2 men with zero personality rapidly unloaded my purchase. They left in a hurry and I even found a small piece that went to one of my items outside near the curb. No follow up call from the store or anything concerning my purchase. Highly disappointed.

Emile was very helpful and accommodating for our emergency situation in needing a washer & dryer ASAP. He was very helpful and made sure we were taken care of. Prices were wonderful, as well! Would definitely return to purchase appliances here!

I do not recommend shopping at this store.  In September of 2014, I bought ALL of my appliances from this store (washer and dryer, 5 burner gas top, double oven, microwave, wine chiller and a side by side stainless refrigerator). All Kenmore Elite products and not cheap!  The refrigerator has broken down on me now for the 5th time (twice in 2015, twice in 2016 and now). I paid for an extended warranty, which just expired December 21, 2017. Each time this appliance breaks, I lose hundreds of dollars worth or food and have to wait days to have it fixed!  I begged to have it replaced in 2016, but my plea fell on deaf ears. Once again, I’m being given the run around and am being told that since my warranty is out, they can’t help me and was even told that since it’s over 3 years old, they will not replace it!  All of these were not an option when I tried to get it replaced in 2016.  After spending THOUSANDS of dollars at this store, I would have expected better service!  One jerk in the Protection Agreement department even had the nerve to tell me 4 times isn’t that bad!  REALLY?!?!  I don’t know what to do next, but if you know of a lawyer who is willing to help me get this refrigerator replaced, I’d sure be interested in talking to them!!!!  All I wanted is for Sears to do the right thing!!!!  Guess I was asking for too much!  They are great at taking your money, but leave you in the cold once payment has been collected!!!

I went to several stores before going here.  No one could tell me why the washer I wanted was on back order.  Not only did Emile, the salesman, know the answers to all of my questions, but he truly cared about my situation.  He made my day, and I think his, when he told me two days later that the washer was in.  I'm very glad I went to Sears.

The staff here is amazing, always friendly, and always helpful. Be sure to ask for Emile. He always goes the extra mile to insure his customers are happy.
