I got an opportunity to meet Shane and Marc today! These guys are amazing! They were helpful, allowed me to try out the mattresses and knew what they were talking about. Not only did they find the bed I've been searching for, but they found a better quality version ANNNND, beat the competitor's price that was going to have my business Tomorrow! Glad I stopped by and decided to just ask what they had to offer.

What an experience!! I had a chance to work with Marc & Shane! My brother, sister and wife came in today as well. And not only did my wife and I purchase mattresses. My sister and brother are looking to upgrade there’s as well due to the service of these two! Needless to say. I think they just made my wife and I customers and referrers for life. Between my family, growing kids and fellow Marines, I’m sending it going their way for mattress needs!

Skip the overblown, "sheep" reviews of a certain local "mom and pop" in Kingwood. This Mattress Firm helped us out when the "mom and pop" gave us a hard time despite their "great" reviews. Beware of wolves in sheep clothing. Very good experience at this Atascocita location of the Mattress Firm. I was initially not too sure about a chain for my purchase, but everything was handled great and prices were good. Manager accommodating as well.

Went here with my big brother today as he was looking for a mattress. There were these two guys Marc, and Shan. These guys were so helpful, that it’s making me want to get a new mattress. They were smart about mattresses and knew what my brother wanted and they kept bending over backwards to help him get a mattress for him and my sis in law. The are both Marines, and she has hip issues while he has back issues and they had to bounce around this whole store to get them a mattress that would help them sleep comfy for them both. And after all that, those two guys still worked hard to get them the best price, even though they were going all over the store to try and get them a mattress that fit them both! Not goin to lie. I’m thinking about getting a new mattress one they can after will help me too. These guys are great and if you need a new bed set, I recommend you go here.

I came to the store not really knowing what I wanted in particular. I was greeted right away by Raquel, she was quite pleasant. I let her know right away I might be indecisive because I don't know much about mattresses. She ensured me it would be painless! Raquel asked did I have specific issues sleeping then began showing me mattress that would best suit my needs. I was able to try out a mattress or three before I finally settled on one. Thankfully she was patient and understanding! I purchased an amazing mattress and adjustable base. If you go into the store just know you won't leave disappointed.
