I went to another Office Depot looking for a shredder that was on special, but they were out. They told me this Office Depot had three in stock so I headed there. Of course, I got incorrect info and they had none in stock here either. BUT the manager was soooo awesome and he gave me an upgraded model for the same special price for my trouble. First he offered to go to another store and pick one up for me. That’s what I call great customer service! Happy to recommend this store anyone!!!

We printed our restaurant menus here. Rich & Justin were excellent! They were so patient and worked with us to make sure we have the perfect product. Thanks again!!

Faxing is now self service. No problem with the faxing but didn't know I could go to the front register and pay. I thought clerk was busy on the computer he let me stand there for minutes. I finally asked if he would wait on me then told me to go to the front. They could be more attentive everyone doesn't know the procedure.

I returned unopened 9 volt batteries with a receipt. Was told I needed the card that bought them with to get refund. My hubby bought them. I asked for cash or put on my card since it's the same account. Said no. I asked for manager and did finally get it done on my card even though not supposed to do it. I will never buy from you again since you make it hard to return something.
