First time coming to Rest & Relax by Matress Firm, and the customer service was amazing! I got help from Victor Lucas, he knew every answer to my questions about all the mattresses here in the store, I bought a Blue Touch 100 Gentle Firm bed and he helped us out in knowing how our price would be broken down into over the time and very kind! I recommend getting him he knows what he’s talking about!

First time coming to Rest and Relax and the customer service was amazing! Victor Lucas was our sales associate and he was very knowledgeable on the product and was able to help us choose the correct mattress for our needs. I would definitely recommend him for anyone looking for a bed!

I seldom ever write any reviews of business establishments... I must make an exception in this case. My expectations of customer service, product pricing and quality of merchandise are admittedly high and I have been known to be picky. But this retailer exceeded all my expectations. Victor and Tyler are 2 of the most genuinely service minded professionals I have met. I would whole-heartedly recommend this place to my family and friends.

David Pratt was EXTREMELY helpful when I called to ask questions about a hot tub we recently purchased at the Texas State Fair.  I have been diligently researching and was given this store as a resource.  Although I did not make my purchase through him, David spent over an hour educating me on the Copper Cove hot tub.  I feel confident in my purchase because I can clearly see how these guys believe in their product and work together to support their customers.  More reviews to follow once our hot tub arrives. Can't wait!

The selection at Rest & Relax is superior quality. I went shopping for a bed and ended up getting a bed and massage chair. David and Tyler were friendly and really took the time to listen to what my needs were. No high pressure sales pitch or steering me to a particular product. They will bend over backwards to give you the best deal they can. Highly recommend this store.
