After looking around for assistance, I finally located someone after an hour. Was passed off to two people who could not help me. Luckily the third employee was knowledgeable and was very helpful.

Like this store. People are actually in their department. I even had help before in a department from someone who belonged in another department. There was one drawback was this customer service rep in the front of the store. I had the impression she had a problem with guys who look like me. Funny thing is she looks like me also. Male issues

This store is the worst. Don't go there. I never write reviews but the experience quoting a Kitchen was the worst and I just had to write this. I don't know how they make any sales. Long story but they are incompetent. Stay far away from this branch. Looking at recent reviews, seems everyone else agrees too.

What can,'t I day favorable about Lowe's .Not difficult finding or getting help, pleasant and knowledgeable, very consumer friendly. Even their trainee surpassed the experience with a competitor This has been at least ,90,% time.m For me they exceed expectation so I don't mind ytsbelings be not fiuthrd
