Really Angry with Install, Ordered 2 Window's for Our Kitchen, they arrived Nov 1st. Install Sub-Contractor Scheduled us for Dec 1st @ 9am. So we tore apart our Kitchen/Dinette area. 10am Install Sub-Contractor had not showed up!! Call them & Incompetent Wench Tells us She has on our File Mon Dec 11th @ 9am. She was the One that told us Dec 1st. Will likely never do business Through Lowe's Again.

Horrible customer service. Seems like all the staff has a chip on their shoulder and hates their job. My business will definitely go to Home Depot exclusively from now on.

This place is falling apart, not very clean, poor mangers. I feel badley for those that work at this store. Get out as soon as you can. I also think one of the sals staff commited fraud. I think Chuck was a manger calling the shoots. No support for the floor staff, and it shows they are super unhappy, even when they try to hide it. Miscomminication all over the store, as other people have posted. Good thing they will take anything back, no matter what it is or how old it is. no need to keep the sales receipt, or even keep in it warranty just return it and they will give your money back or give you a card to spend in the store.

gettimg in and out of the lot is a little challenging in a big truck but it was qyick and easy in store. Very helpful staff.

Poorly managed. Clearance prices need to be verified by manager, which takes time. There can be long lines even though there are staff available. We were given the wrong wheelbarrow handles, which had been stored in the wrong place. Had to come back, wait for manager, no apology.
