I have to say I've always gotten good service here. People are always willing to help and typically I get good advice. The thing that really impressed me is that when I started loading cinder blocks into my car one of the attendants in the parking lot offered to help. Didn't ask him to, he just pitched in. Clearly the people who work here care about their job and the people they serve. Five-star experience for sure.

Tom Tyler in your Plumbing Dept. was most helpful to me.  He  told me to replace a broken ball rod assembly rather than the complete lavatory pop-up drain assembly in my bathroom,  thus saving me a lot of money; he found the proper ball rod and instructed me on how to install it....he saved me a big plumbing bill.  Tom is a "good" man and knows his stuff and knows how to help customers to save money.  Bravo ! to Tom Tyler @ Home Depoy.

Normally I enjoy this store and if not for today's experience would give a solid 4.5-5 star rating . I have spent, as a homeowner, over $20k in this specific location on Center St. However today has been the worst experience. I came in this morning around 11:30 am to purchase some lumber and the time is now 3:29 pm and I am still waiting for a forklift to bring me my materials that I now own. This is horrible. A manager was contacted by one of the employees and he simply stated it is what it is, I guess I can go f$&@myself?  Damien the forklift operator great and helpful as soon as leadership pulls head from there comfortable dark cavity between there legs and makes it happen. Bottom line is that at my normal rate of $120 an hour I should get my items at about half the cost for today, instead it cost me about $500 more when factoring in my time. A lumber yard at a minimum should be effective and efficient at loading customers in this setting. Next time I think Grey lumber or one of the other local lumber yards will be getting my business. By the way it is now4:00 pm and my stuff is finally here.

I was in your store or Saturday morning for about an hour Gathering things for a project. No one for some reason knew where anything was except for Julie, the African-American lady I found in flooring. I told her what my knees were and she took me where I needed to be. without her assistance and excellent customer service I would have rated your store 0 Stars. You need more people in there like her. She went above and beyond to assist me and got me out got me there within minutes. Please thank her for her undivided attention great customer service, and her sense of urgency. She exemplified great customer service at its highest caliber. And for that I thank you.

I had to rent some equipment. The first was too large for the job. There was no hassle about down sizing.
