Contacted company and placed orders for two doors.  Gave them the go ahead as long as the price was not over 500.00.  They said that would be no problem.  Constant messaging to company about status and no reply.  Finally reached Chuck only to get the what order??? For who???  If they treat me who has purchased more than 40 doors from this company, I fear they are headed to a bad place.  Hope your experience is better.

Called to ask about a couple interior doors.  I explained to the guy that we needed a door that was NOT made in China, he proceeded to tell me that ALL commodities are made in China which didn't make sense so I asked to clarify and he couldn't.  Then I asked if they could get doors made in the USA or Canada and he said he had no way of knowing.

Well, that's your job to find out what your customer is asking.  We ended up going to Pro-Build and they were not rude and answered our questions and we ordered 24 doors from them.

We ordered a door here and it turned out to be a great purchase.  They even held it for a couple of months until we were ready to install.  Highly recommended for quality and customer service.
