I figured I would try to find a decent 2007-2009 mid size sedan $5000 to $6000 price range to replace my 2003 Ford Taurus SEL centennial Edition with 105000 miles. I'm surprised that Dealerships do not have many of these types of vehicles in stock.Not everybody has $50,000 to spend on a brand new fancy vehicle, and not all of us want to be making payments for the next 6 years. I'm part of Generation X and want to start putting away now for retirement, not paying big car payments. The 08 Impala I looked at has a Retail Price of $7400 according to Nada, thought this place is saying the retail price is $11000 on the web site. So whos right. My car is in the book for $2500 in fair condition on trade. Couldn't get these guys to budge over $1000. Not even the Manager would go over $1000. He said he was working hard to find something for me. Well that was now 5 days ago. I am insulted with what I was offered and will definitely be doing business else ware.

Great place! Bought a fusion there over the winter and Eddie gave me a great deal. Just recently took it in for service and John and Liza were great, very pleasant and really delivered great service all the way around. Recommend Lucas Ford to all my friends and family and will defiantly be back!

Lucas Ford always demonstrates a very professional, yet family like atmosphere every time i bring my car in. I purchased my first car there and the staff was very attentive to all my questions and concerns, and even gave me a great deal! The service department is very efficient when i bring my car in for service. I would definitely recommend to any friends or family that are in the market for a new car or need to have service done.

Purchased a car from there in August. The car needed detailing and stuff prior to me taking it home so it was a few days btwn then which they graciously offered to pay for a rental car for me which was really nice of them. I pointed out a few dents in the car that needed to be pulled out. When I picked up the car, the dents were still there. I told my sales man about it and he said their "ding guy" as he referred to him as was on vacation but would call me and have me back to get them pulled out once he returned. two months later still no call, I'm not happy about that at all. I'm mostly satisfied with my purchase but not fully since they never made good on that promise to fix the dents in the car.

Greatest Dealership in Burlington... The whole group are great Frank Dudley is really great helped me get into a car at Lucas Dodge dealer then I sent my friend in and from dodge in Lumberton he called Josh F to help my friend with in 20 mins deal was approved and Frank went to ford in Burlington to sell the car.  That"s true service a salesman that sells through out the whole auto group makes buying a American Brand very easy. Thanks again Josh F and Frank Dudley........
