Outstanding organization! I am a person that is always looking to establish a relationship rather than a transaction. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE a good deal. I just love being valued and taken care of more. :) Well this is a dealership that not only does that, but they stand behind it. I recently agreed to purchase a car from them, but I discovered a couple of safety concerns. They immediately agreed to address my concerns. Unfortunately, it took a couple of visits for the mechanics to discover the real root cause. I have worked with a lot of dealer in the Twin Cities, and most would have offered me a discount on the parts and labor to address the issue. Not this dealership. They volunteered to buy all new components and covered the labor at no charge. And the loaner car they gave me for each of my two service visits? A brand new Honda. Being familiar with the work and the parts needed to fix my safety concerns with the car, I know this dealer spent an additional $1,500 or so to fix the car. No cost to me, and this after we had already agreed on a price. How many dealers would do that? Very few ... but I found one, Luther Honda. I cannot guarantee that they will do for you what they did for me, but it was obvious from my experience that they highly value their customers, the customer experience, and their own reputation. If you are looking for a new or used car, you owe it to yourself to put these folks to the test. I am convinced that they will surprise you. You will get a fair deal, and you can be assured that you will be valued. PS I bought my car around Thanksgiving and intentionally waited until now to offer this review. I wanted to allow some time to settle in to help moderate my comments about my experience, but 60 days later I am still as impressed and enthusiastic about this company.

They have very good customer service. They don't talk down to you. They don't complain if you give them your codes from your car computer device. They are up front about explaining their diagnosis and aren't offended if you choose to do the repair yourself. They have clean waiting areas with big TVs, refreshments etc.and even a kids play area.

Great place to shop for Honda used or new cars. Customer support is very good and friendly. Pricing is decent. They conduct new owners worship which gives 1 free oil change and talk with technicians to get more technical details on your new car and what all care you can take. Good luck !!

After submitting an online request for information, I was quickly contacted by Harrison. He responded to my emails with clear, accurate information and did NOT mislead us which other dealerships have (false advertising, lying about stock, etc.). He was thorough and really listened to what we said. Harrison even met us at the dealership four hours before he was scheduled to help us. Excellent experience, I give Harrison our highest recommendation. Luther Hopkins had the best price by over $1000 on the car we purchased and we were impressed with their entire operation. We drove an hour to purchase from them. Kara helped with financing and she went the extra mile to get us the best rate possible. Like everyone at the dealership, she was very friendly and helpful. Thank you! Finally, I'm sorry to say that I did not catch his name but the man that brought our car around for us also went above and beyond to make the car perfect before we left. I believe he said he's from Chicago, but is cheering for the Vikes so another positive quality!

Excellent and very thorough service from staff. Everyone was friendly and eager to help out. Consultant, Allen Halcomb, did an especially great job helping me navigate my options when I was looking at new cars. He made sure all of my questions and concerns were cleared up right away and was always went out of his way to make me feel like I was getting the help I needed. He even stayed late to help me finalize my purchase and give me a tutorial on my new car. This is especially important since I needed my car ready for work the the next day. I could not have asked for better service. I love my new car already. It looks and runs amazingly. As for the location as a whole, this Honda dealership specifically has an especially big selection of new and used Honda cars in a large variety of colors and models on site. They have a waiting area specifically for children to make the stay more enjoyable for the whole family and their general waiting area has lots of comfy furniture/charging outlets/snacks. They even have small work desks for those who need it. I also can report consistently great work whenever my car's needed a check-up or repair. I strongly recommend that anyone looking for a new or used Honda car check this dealership out.
