I have purchased 4 vehicles from this car lot. All vehicles were in good working order . The owner and sales staff are awesome people and will bend over backwards for u. Also wherever I have traded any car here they pretty much gave me what I wanted for my trade.  I would recommend anyone who wants to buy a car to stop here first.

I am writing this review to let others know about the wonderful experience that me and my husband had from luxury imports. Rola was great she was very upfront and honest about everything, everything she told us was accurate. She kept her word with everything that she told us she would do. This is a wonderful place if you are in the market for a nice car with great customer service. Please don't hesitate to go check them out. You won't be disappointed!

In short I was lied to and had my time wasted. I inquired about a car on multiple occasions and even had set up a time to see and test drive this car. Before trying to take the 3 hour drive I called once more to make sure the vehicle was still for sale. Upon calling I was informed it was for sale, but they had to take it to a dealership since it was under warranty and wanted to make sure the car checked out fine. This is fine with me and made me feel better that this dealership took care of their cars. The lady I spoke too took down my information and said she would call when they heard back from the dealer about when the car would be back on their lot. 

This is where things went south. I waited and received no phone call so I reached out to the them the next day. I was then told by some other gentleman that the car had already been sold and had a deposit put down on it and had been inquired about weeks ago by some other man from out of state as well. When I asked about the information I was given he had no answer and was not at all concerned that I was lied to and led on.

Best experience I have ever had buying a car! They were straight up with me all the way and did not try to "up sale" me at all. Great experience all around!
