Bought a used car from here almost 2 years ago, everyone was super friendly and one of the sales took me out to learn to drive (its a stick)! Free lifetime oil changes and the service center does more than that for you. Super friendly team and they do a whole inspection on fluid, tire tread, windshield wipers, the whole works. Would definitely buy here again.

Our salesperson, at Tom Gill Chevrolet in Florence, Ky, Matthew Geraci, patiently helped us decided upon and then find the car that best matched our wants, needs, and budget.  He understood our need to spend a day or two thinking about purchasing that perfect car. We felt no pressure or rush from Matthew, which we greatly appreciated.   Matthew definitely went above and beyond his responsibilities to us as our salesperson.  He worked around our schedule, even coming in twice on his days off to help us. 
    Throughout the whole car buying process, Matthew was professional, polite, friendly and extremely helpful.  We would highly recommend Matthew to anyone interested in buying a car.  In fact, all the people we encountered at Tom Gill Chevrolet were very friendly and helpful.

I want to leave this review in regards to the service I received at Tom Gill Chevrolet in Florence, KY. First for the professionalism of my sales person Jimmy Wolfe. He is a fellow veteran and great guy. Worked to get me the help I needed to get the deal I needed done. Phil Gill for the added help that I needed to ensure I would get the vehicle that I needed / wanted. Thanks to all that helped with getting my deal completed. I would recommend this dealership to everyone for the outstanding dedication to the customer. Thank you all again.

I had never visited Tom Gill before today, but my first visit was a success. Despite having other cars to test drive at other locations, I was able to find the quality used vehicle at an extremely competitive price at Tom Gill Chevrolet. My salesman, Chris Roderick was a great help. He got me all the information (and coffee) I needed. It was a good, pressure-free, experience purchasing a used car.

A business of character indeed!  Tom Gill Chevrolet delivers - great vehicles, great prices and an incredible staff! I had the, THE best car buying experience in my life time. In the past buying a car was always an experience I dreaded. Not at Tom Gill. Jennifer Newton was spot on everything she told us throughout the whole experience. I just can not say enough good things of the experience we had when buying our 2018 Malibu with her to guide us! If you want a courteous, smooth and honest car buying experience just see Jennifer Newton at Tom Gill. So why would you go any place else??? Thanks again Jennifer!
