Had a great experience with Rod Hatfield Chevrolet.   Jay Parks knows his stuff.   The Chevy Equinox was not a vehicle on my radar, however after listening to Jay's sales pitch Terry and I both were convinced.  He is knowledgeable about all the features of my 2018 Chevy Equinox.  Showed me how they all worked with ease.  I have been super pleased with this vehicle, has all the upgrades including that Bose sound system.  Anyone in search of a vehicle call on Jay Parks at Rod Hatfield Chevrolet, Lexington, KY! and let him "make it do what it do."

Absolutely amazing staff! I visited 3 different Chevy stores, I'm the surrounding area, all pushing me to buy, "what about this, what about that". Rod Hatfield was absolutely pleasant and provided excellent service. Let me drive 3 different models, then I finally made my decision, they went over all the financing and costs very thoroughly. Made it very easy to decide, and had the best prices from the other 3 stores! GO SEE THESE GUYS!

It was great working with everyone at Rod Hatfield's. We went to look at new trucks and ended up buying a truck and a car. We got great deals and our salesman, Jay Parks is so patient and helpful and never was pushy. He worked with us for two days to get everything exactly the way WE wanted it. Would recommend anyone check them out when looking for a new vehicle . Be sure to ask for Jay Parks !!

***DO NOT GET WORK DONE HERE***LIARS, CHEATS & THIEVES***

I have a Chevy Sonic and the small button on the gearshift had broken. My mother called these...people...and asked about getting it fixed. They told her it would require the ENTIRE gear shift to be replaced for something close to $200 PLUS labor costs.

Hmmm....this SMELLS like a load of HORSE$%*T!!! And it WAS. I found the part I needed online for less then $9 dollars.

The guy she talked to wouldn't give a name. So If you are a manager reading this that actually CARES (which from the sound of the OTHER bad reviews...probably not). She called this morning (12/20/17) @ 7:49am I doubt you all have too many people working at that time of the morning.

I WILL also be making a formal complaint with GM just to ensure they are aware of the problem you guys are having. I suggest EVERYONE else does the same (make sure to get names if possible!).
