My wife and I just bought our 2017 Subaru Forester from here. Jason O'Brien was our salesman, and was very helpful throughout the entire process. They gave us a great deal on the car, and we were in and out in about an hour.  I would recommend to anyone looking for a friendly, low pressure car-buying experience.

I would like to thank the service manager that came out and shook my hand and thanked me for my service and when my pilot was ready they said Happy Veteran's day - no charge!!! I am so happy to know ppl still care about veterans and what we sacrificed... THANK YOU!!!! Awesome.......

Only giving one star because I am not a rude person. I visited the Frankfort lot last night and was shown a truck that had not yet been through service so I was told they could not let me drive it. I asked if it could be run through the service dept by 4pm the next day because I wanted to buy the truck. Tony Lewis in front of his boss told me he would have it rushed so I would have first shot to drive and buy. I showed up about 3;30 and the truck was waiting on me at the front door or so I thought. Tony was in side with a customer and said it would be just a few minutes. After waiting about 15 min. Tony came out and said there was a problem with the truck. When I asked what the problem was he told me he had just sold it. He did say he was sorry. Long story short if you CAN NOT TRUST THEM TO KEEP THERE WORD ON AN APPOINTMENT HOW CAN YOU TRUST THEM WITH WHAT IS UNDER THE HOOD. Hard to deal with people that have no integrity. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
