I filled out an online appraisal for valuing my trade in. It was a very low offer so when Calvin from sales called I told him I wasn't interested because of what I was offered. He explained it was just a generic appraisal that was very conservative. I told him what I had to have for my trade and he said that wouldn't be a problem because my car was rare and hard to come by. I explained to him that I didn't want to waste my time because it was an hour drive there and an hour drive back. He said he was sure they could get to my number that I needed. We spoke a few more times through (saved) emails and then I headed out to meet with him. I picked out a truck that was priced at 45,000 and told him again what I needed out of my car. He went to speak to a manager and when he came back they offered me $5000 less for my car and raised the price of the truck by $6000 from the listed price. He initially acted as though the price increase of the truck was an oversight and easily fixed but after speaking with his manager and coming back with the correct price there was a decrease in the trade in value of my car by another $4000 to "off set the price difference". Talk about bait and switch. I had a problem with them doing something crooked like this about a year ago but they made it right so I thought I'd give them another chance. They knew they wouldn't give me the price that I needed but they thought if they lied and got me there for a few hours I would just give in to them. The sales manager was very condescending and rude when we told him we were done. He said when they offer a price like that over the phone it's just to get you in the door. If they tried to steal from me twice but was caught both times don't for a second think they aren't trying the same tricks with everyone else.

Came to Zimmer because I’m rebuilding my credit, needed a co-signer. Got my step mom to co-sign for me but she lived out of state. Was told that if I flew her in they were positive it would get done. So I spent $400 to fly her up here only to be told that they were sorry but if she didn’t trade in one of her existing cars that the lender wouldn’t go forward with the deal. So here it is Christmas time and I wasted $400 for nothing. I’m frustrated and out of $400. Not to mention I had my hopes up since Saturday only to be let down on Tuesday. AJ worked hard to try to get it done, but somewhere along the line there was a disconnect in communication, because the salesman backed off his original claim that it was approved and I just needed to fly her up. He really tried to throw it in my lap. I would not have spent $400 right at Christmas on a maybe. I was definitely told it was approved, then when we showed up it wasn’t. I really feel that someone should reimburse me the money spent for the round trip airfare at least!

Great service, Robert was helpful and incredibly patient with me and my family while I discussed and weighed my options on buying my first car. The whole process took us almost an hour passed closing time, but everyone remained friendly and patient despite this. I will always remember my experience here and will definitely recommend this to my younger brother in his first purchase, and all my friends. Come. My next car purchase, it will be at Zimmer again!

I was helping a friend's son, a first time car buyer with a limited budget. We came to Zimmer because we had heard positive things from friends about the dealership. Our salesman Charlie Bisang was very helpful and helped us to find the perfect vehicle within the appropriate price range. We felt no pressure which was also appreciated. The Used Car Manager and Finance Manager were also very helpful and made signing the papers easy for a first time buyer to understand. Thank you all for a great experience!!!

I bought my Grand Cherokee from here 3 years ago and get it serviced there regularly. Always quick and informative. I like that they will text you with service questions while they have your car. Very convenient! I'll definitely buy my next Jeep from them!
