My favorite spot to go...I don't go anywhere else!! Tom and Lenny are my go to people for both my mani and pedi.

I went to this nail salon for a gel pedi and fill , for starters they didnt have a price list  ..and they tried to charge me $55 for the gel pedi ! So i requested regular polish for the pedi and it still came up to 35 for a reg. Polish pedi !! If the pedi is 25 , are you telling me i have to pay 10 dollars for polish??? That's ridiculous and $55 for a gel pedi is ridiculous !!! They are wayyy too expensive for me ... the work they do is not worth $90 or even $65 ... and the people are rude and the atmosphere is uninviting and i felt uncomfortable and rushed the whole time.

Majority of employees have extremely rude tempers when asking them to fix your nails, eyelashes, and even waxing done the way you would like them done. When asking to fix nails, employees would get snappy & then speak in their language as if the customer can't tell they're the topic of their discussion. Employees constantly complained when doing wax. They complained about how much hard work it is for them to do waxes. Referred to other employees as lazy because they preferred not to do wax but was complaining while doing wax the entire time. The employees also mentioned finances as a way to bribe customer for better tip when doing wax. I left very uncomfortable leaving the shop. The atmosphere isn't inviting at all. It is very small and crowded. Their techniques used for designs or nail style/painting is very amateur. I always felt rushed when in the shop even when getting a relaxing pedicure. I will never spend money or support this establishment again to say the least.

I just moved to the area and desperately needed a pedicure. Kim was so nice and polite and had extraordinary attention to detail while doing my nails. She also did a fantastic eyebrow reshape for me. While it may be a bit more expensive, you definitely get what you pay for. I will be back!

My daughter loves Michelle who works here. They are always polite. Occasionally there might be a slight English misunderstanding but be patient and polite and it's easily rectified. No need for rudeness. I have been here with my wife and daughter and decided to get a pedicure myself. It was great. No more calluses, my ingrown nail was fixed.. haha . Maybe I'll go back just for myself. For now I'll just take the girls and as long as they are happy I'm happy.
