Unprofessional and lazy workers. Husband arrived to ticket counter on line, there was no one to wait on him, by the time and attendant comes around he was five minutes too late to board plane. This was an important buisness flight. We will be driving to Charlotte before we ever use this airport again.

For a small town airport; nice. But...why act like a small town airport; act like the big boys and make your customers happier. They finally installed a business table to aid in charging computers and cell phones. Now...install enough seats for everyone.

The city charges a $20 a day parking fee for aircraft here. This is highway robbery. No other airport on the east coast charges that. It's non-negotiable and it doesn't matter if you buy fuel or not because it's a city fee. If you park for 5 days, you pay $100. The terminal is nice, sure, but they clearly want to discourage transient aircraft from stopping here. Another case of stepping over dollars to pick up pennies.

Small but very adequate region airport. Clean design , friendly staff.

Small town airport with a few flights a day. You don't need to get there more than 45-60 minutes before your flight. Security is great super fast and very friendly. The 4/5 is only because you have to fly through Charlotte, NC to get anywhere. Flights into and out of the airport are served via American Airlines and consist of dash-8 (turboprop) or CRJ (small jet) planes. Parking is around $8-9 dollars a day.
