I was able to get the first floor which was a big help. Beds where very comfortable and linens just as clean. The toilet didn’t quite flush well and the shower and sink had no water pressure except for a little trickle. I stayed at room 109. One of you’re front desk employees who worked the over night shift ,  was staying next to us. Room 110. She kept us up slamming doors for the most part of the night which I thought was very inconsiderate of her being she works at this motel and enforces the quiet time hours. House keeper Diane was wonderful and very friendly. 
Good value for the money. Perfect for pets as well!

A decent place to lay your head down at night, the pillows and bed we're actually very comfortable. The staff was friendly and you can tell they work very hard to keep the place up. It is just your basic Hotel. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room however they did have a vending area where there is a microwave available to all and coffee available in the lobby in the morning. My biggest complaint would be the cost of the room for the night based on the amenities available it was a little too high-priced. With that said it is in season for this Beach town...

With kids.. no... But alone okay. People walking all over at night and it was odd. Need to see out people who walk around with this bags all night. They seem to be on something. Rooms are comfortable though. Staff was nice.

very easy to find. Brilliant service from Caryl -so important to have a person smile at you hen you walk in. Helpful, friendly. Accessible room was the best accessible room I stayed in in Florida. Great value.

Clean and quiet, dog friendly.  I liked the fact they didn't have carpet.  Carpet holds a lot of dirt so I'm not big on carpet in hotels.  Basic room, no shampoo provided but I brought my own.  Located on a busy street and the entrance is easy to miss so watch
 carefully you might miss it like we did!
