Got an amazing deal on diamond earrings from Macy's Jewelry Department. Excellent color, clarity and very few minute flaws. 1/3ct for $179 after the family and friends discount and since I opened a Macy's account, I received another 20%. Definitely a happy camper. Plus I have one more day to receive all the discounts. 6 months same as cash. No problem there.

I am severely convinced that not a single person works in men's fragrance. I have made the attempt to purchase items on multiple occasions. Without fail, Not a single person approaches me to ask if I need assistance. This is the third time in a row this has happened. Do not waste your time here, they obviously don't care about the customers.

Have some decent prices but the staff knows nothing about Men's dress clothing. Have to walk around forever to find someone, and then you find a 19 year old.

This is a nice Macy's. It is clean and the staff has been friendly. I love the selection and quality you can find here.

I moved here about 6 months ago from the Portland area, although I'd lived in Grants Pass approx. 10 years ago. Back in the early aughts, this Macy's was a Meier & Frank, and when Macy's first took over, I was at first not thrilled. However, this is now a really nice store. Although I miss a bigger selection of stores, this Macy's has kept me pretty satisfied for a lot of my cosmetics needs. I've had good experiences the last two times I've been in, both with the Estee Lauder and the Clinique counters. They also have many other brands that compete with the likes of Sephora and Ulta. For clothing, I also like to browse their huge Final Act (Clearance) section, and sometimes find great deals. (Warning: you do have to be prepared to browse through crowded racks and some messes in this corner of the store).
