Not that I dislike it but i TRULY believe need a nicer bigger Malls . ESPECIALLY  in grantspass WE COULD IF USE KMART BESIDES WAL-MART JUST LIKE IN FOLSOM,.CA. THERE ACROSS THE ST. FROM EACK OTHER AND STILL PACK..BOTH TOOK OUR PENNYS, OUR GODSHOCKS, KMART. WHATEVER..A WAL-MART BIG WOW!! Their interest in their credit card is ridiculous I paid 60 on it and it only took 15 off my bill and they're ruse and they think they r nodstorms

was a very  nice experience to shop in this kohl's!!!
the staff ladies are very helpful and friendly !
 I look forward to keep shopping in this particular store.

Lets just put it out there. Retail stores in shopping malls often suck. However, if you get their coupons in the mail, you can drop GREAT deals, and earn A LOT savings. 

Never had a issue with the staff, are usually very helpful, but on the floor, hard to find. 

I love LeeAnna in customer service, she is very nice and fun. 

It is a bit overpriced unless you have Kohls Cash, coupons, or open up a credit card with them. But, other than that, I have no complaints. I respect the workers there because of what they have to do to keep the customers and place clean. I once saw a lady going to the boys shoe section and opening up boxes to look at the shoes, and simply throwing them on the ground, and picking up another. 

Yes,  it may look messy, but they are always scrambling to clean up other peoples messes. It's a shame there is a lack of class, but the workers do their best.
