The management of this store really disappointed me! Instead of the manager coming directly to me she told another employee to pass along information. I was dishonestly charged $250 dollars! Then it was blamed on a “new associate.” And basically told “not our problem anymore.” Their only suggestion... dispute the charge with your bank. The integrity is lacking in many of the employees! They kept passing the buck and saying they could fix the issue and then couldn’t understand when I got frustrated. Before my card was ran I asked the cashier to wait because my screen had the wrong amount, he said “oh no. Let me complete the transaction and I will show you on your receipt,” then he said they would reverse the charge. I was then directed to the customer service, who also assured me they could reverse the error. After an extra hour, ultimately they told me to deal with it on my own. Mistakes happen and people are human but there was no attempt to make it right, no accountability, no apology. The manager talked about me behind a jewelry case like I magically couldn’t see or hear them talking about me! Completely unprofessional!

It's s Kohl's. Pretty standard. 150 parking spaces you can't use and customer service is as inconvenient as possible at the VERY back of the store. Prices are bananas if you don't have a Kohl's card. Beware.

I have never had such awful customer service as I did today I purchased a shirt got home to see they did not take off security tag It was incredibly inconvenient to go back to the 45 miles away The person in line in front of me was returning for the exact same reason When I told The sales lady that it needed to be taken off she looked at me like I was stupid she didn't apologize or say anything Just took off tag and handed it to me. She wasn't the one who left it on but being that she represents the store she could have apologized for my having to return I will not be coming to this location again.

Prices are way too high especially clearance items, but quality of items are great and the selection is average. Customer Service is decent and parking lot once in parking lot is okay but entrance and exit are not ideal for access and I have spent half the money I normally would have on shopping trips here because of this inconvenience.
