Sorry any company that allows an employee to utterly mistreat a customer the way they did in that disgusting video of the black woman in a headlock is not a company or store you should shop at. DON'T SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE PHYSICALLY MISTREATED AND ABUSED. And the fact they avoided any statement shows they support racism. Shut this store down. IMMEDIATELY

I am utterly disgusted by how their loss prevention team handled the young lady. This is CLEARLY a corporate issue. Is this is how JC Penny's loss prevention team is taught to handle such situations, especially with a minor? My daughter works here,  and as a parent I am GREATLY troubled by this sort of behavior. Why would I want my child to work for an organization that prohibits the abuse of minors?  My daughter is very upset as well to know that such abusive adults are her supervisors. My prayers are with that young lady. No matter what she or did not do, that level of force is uncalled for at a retail store.

Not that great of a place. My family and I witnessed a JC Penney employee put a teenaged girl customer in a headlock after her and her family were told that they didn't belong there. It was like something right out of the 60's like on those old news clips. Poor girl. That man was definitely racists. I don't see things like that were I'm from in Texas, we are all family here. That guy should go to jail for assault and some other charges for exposing that young ladies bra for the entire store to see. I had to cover my son's eyes. Again, poor girl.
