The staffs here are very helpful. I found a shirt which I liked to buy, but they didn't have my size. One of the cashiers told me I can either order it and receive it later, or I can go to their another store and got it. He checked the inventory online and gave me a list of other stores that already have my size. And the prices are pretty good.

Had to buy a gift for a friend, didn't have any clue! But their customer service is awesome. Special Shout-out to Em in the accessories dpt. Much appreciated.

SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Macy's is just horrible! Working there is very demoralizing. They make salary managers work long hours with very little pay. They don't care for their associates. Thats why they stay open on Thanksgiving, because family means nothing to a Macy's executive. They only care about their bottom line, which is why the company is tanking in my opintion. I will never let a friend or family member work here. I refuse to shop here after working here. I can wait to see the file for bankruptcy. As for the merchandise, nothing differentiates it, except it being over priced. If you want a decent place go to Nordstrom with better customer service and merchandise.

Great selection of hand bags which is what I was looking for. Good customer service. It is located in Montgomery Mall, which is accessible by public transportation.
