Great prices... Good deal love the store and customer service improved alot.  At first customer service was not good some of the ladies act like they didn't want to be at work. But,  now great customer service 😁👍

Went there with 2 bags of good used kids clothes. We had basically taken out of the dryer or off hangers and put into scented trash bags and brought them over.
Was told it would take about 2 hours to go through. So we gave them out number and were told that we'd be called

Came back the next day because they had never called.

Woman behind the counter started by telling us the clothes smelled and would be taking them. Then when we said they were recently cleaned and dried said it was because they were damp. Which they weren't. Most had been hanging and taken off hangers.
Thought this was a decent place of business. If they didnt/couldnt take  the clothes they could have said so instead of insulting us. Won't return

This is the worst place to consign. If you don't mind giving 30 items just for them to accept 10 and give you less than $12 then go ahead. I don't understand how 3 of my items were unworn and they didn't accept them but when I walk down the aisles I see shirts that have obviously been washed 10+ times. Why buy worn shirts for $5 here when you can go to children's place and get them for the same price??? 
The lady said my snowsuit had to have been "like new" in order for them to buy it. They thoroughly looked at it and could see that it was CLEAN! But since it didn't have a tag they couldn't accept it. Why wouldn't you want a new Polo snow suit that clearly looks "like new" and you can buy for like $5 and sell for 10? 
First time I consigned they kept 12 batteries so I had to drive back there to get my batteries back! They didn't give me more money for taking the working toys with the batteries being inside. I thought the lady put them in the bag with the unaccepted items but she didn't!
I came this time because I was in the area but I definitely won't come again.

I went looking for a pair of shoes for my daughter. After I found a pair I walked around looking at the toys and almost every single one was broken or missing pieces. It wasn't until I got home that I realized that the inside of the boots I bought were disgusting. There was dirt and leaves and other stuff stuck inside of them. They seem to have really strict policies when it comes to buying things so I don't understand why the toys were in the shape that they were and the boots were in the shape that they were.

It is impossible to sell stuff at this shop.
They want to pay you for used stuff but they are looking for brand new things.
The staff working there is quite rude.
I tried to sell a baby battery operated car but they were not able yo find year of manufacture for that car as if they were buying a real vehicle.
I suggest don't waste your tome going there rather go to a pawn shop
