It would have been nice if someone wanted to help me. I felt all they wanted was my money. I returned some items I purchased on line. I liked these items but no one wanted to help me get these items in my correct size shipped from another store. All in all I was horribly disappointed. Not a very good experience today. This is why I will continue to shop on line.

Horrible service in the jewelry department. This is the second time I have had a problem with them. This time they charged my wife to have a watch sized that was supposed to be free with the purchase. When I called them back outraged they apologized up and down saying they made a mistake, but they clearly took advantage of her. Watch out because they will take advantage of you every chance they can.!

Made us feel lousy didn't want to use wife's account or credit card, preferred cash over debit card wife is sick in wheelchair just a really bad & un needed experience after beig loyal customer many years

Purchased a new mattress and pivot bed with a remote control here and was assisted by Margaret. She was wonderful and told me about a floor model that was a great deal! Macy's in Kingston always helps me find the best prices on anything I purchase - clothing, bedding, etc. Great service and a great Macy's.
