I was registered here for my wedding and it was an awful experience. I'm not sure if he was the manager but he was condescending and extremely pushy. My mother and I went in there wanting to browse by ourselves, we had done research and already knew what we wanted. He basically said at the beginning we could not walk around the store by ourselves and that we needed a guide (there professional registry person) to tell us what was a good product or what we needed. This was a 30 min speech talking down to us, when we were finally allowed to talk we said that we want to go alone and if not we were leaving and he finally gave us a scanner. Another 10 minutes of him telling us why we should have someone with us and we were allowed to walk around. He sent the registry lady to come find us after telling him several times we didn't want that. She was very kind and knowledgeable but we did not want her help. He was so pushy that if I had been alone I would have just left, it was an awful experience and I will never recommend Sandy Bed bath for registry help.

CUSTOMER SERVICE LACKING

I was extremely disappointed with a manager that was on site. We hadn’t read a disclaimer on something to which he shared the details with us. We accepted the standard, didn’t demand they give us the percentage off or anything else, we just continued our purchase at full price.
The problem came after when said manager made a snide remark to another customer about us and continued to mock us as he walked away to the back.
If you choose to mock customers, don’t do so in front of them, much less to another customer. Extremely uncalled for, and unprofessional.
REDEEMING QUALITY: when I called to express my frustration the team member was very gracious and apologized.

Store was clean. But I always feel so crowded in a bed bath and beyond. Somewhat over priced.

I will NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN. I have been waiting for my package for weeks and weeks only to receive one thing I ordered . I spent over $50 for stuff really needed and still have not received ! Very disgusted in this store.
