We had a wonderful experience designing and ordering my engagement ring with Jamie at Green Lake Jewelry Works. The prices are so reasonable. It cost less to get a custom ring at Green Lake Jewelry Works than it cost to buy a stock one from Brilliant Earth. Admittedly, I had a fairly simple design for my ring and I explicitly wanted lab created stones and recycled metals so that brought the price down.

Jamie guided us through everything and was very honest and accommodating throughout the process. For example, I felt stressed about buying a ring with chevron prongs without seeing them in person. She searched high and low in the store to find a ring with chevron prongs to make sure I knew what to expect. Additionally, I expressed concern over my ring turning sideways and she was very up front that there isn't much to be done about that aside from getting the size right and it would be more common in cold conditions. I appreciated her honesty and effort all around. My ring rarely turns sideways and I absolutely love it!

Working with Sophia at Green Lake Jewelry Works made the custom design process easy, smooth, encouraging, supportive, efficient, careful, thoughtful, and kind. Sophia patiently educated and guided me through the process. From setting up my private design page for communicating with my designer to design refinements and delivery the experience was first class. Even though we were on opposite sides of the US, the process felt seamless. Any hiccups (not on their end) were handled professionally and quickly, soothing my concerns along the way.

I would recommend them without reservation to anyone interested in creating a one-of-a-kind keepsake ring.

LOVE this place!  I wanted a custom diamond ring that would have my cat's face in it -- but hidden so that nobody else except me would be able to see it unless I pointed it out (I'm not keen to be known as a cat lady just yet -- I almost went down that road when I got a cat stroller, but luckily, I came to my senses and returned it the next day).  The designer is a genius!!!  Their customer service is superior, and every single person that works there is awesome and super friendly.  They also have a service where you can come in and have their outside appraiser give you an appraisal and it is reasonably priced, quick, and done very well.

I had a great experience with Green Lake Jewelry. My designer was very helpful. We talked back and forth about the design I wanted and my budget and the information I was provided was quick and efficient. In the end I received a beautiful ring! Exactly what I wanted and my now fiancé loves it. If I had to do it all over again I would choose this company every time.

I initially went to Green Lake Jewelry for a custom engagement ring. The designer worked with my on my price range and some examples of the style I was going for.  My fiancee absolutely loves her ring!!  Needless to say we went with them for the wedding rings (which turned out awesome) and for ring resizing, old jewelry fixing, etc...  Our designer, Chelsea, was fantastic and her help in the design stage was awesome.  I highly recommend going with GLJ, they are great to work with!
